now I can't not able to use any application on my mobile because application hanging problem, lagging, keyboard lagging, handset heating, only one application using by me in between msg. But new lots of problem started in my phone as like started lagging, very- very slow performance. i have facing the big problem after purchased the handset. I'm using Sam sung Galaxy S advance gt i 9070 since 6 months., it was going on not well date of purchase, and before the time of purchasing to this handset the calling by Sales Counter to C.care and confirmation given by your C.care to me at Sam sung Cafe, New Delhi, he said you can purchase it, because Jellybean up gradation for this device Gt I 9070 will be recently launched by our Company Sam sung.recently Sam sung Service Center updated it to Jellybean but problem is maintain after that.then after service center change the mother board in my phone and again updated with jelly bean.one of the problem has been solved. I could not even talk to a manager to escalate this problem - there was no manager around. (Gee ever heard of Southwest Airlines customer service model where employees are empowered to actually HELP!!). Stick with Sears on appliances, at least you get people who can communicate and have some kind of authority to help customers. I will never, ever, buy another Samsung product. We have not even started the claim process for my damaged wood kitchen floors. I have placed and made a dozen follow up calls, they have changed my ticket number three times, set up repair service with an authorized dealer in Omaha, Nebraska, when we live in Kansas City (seriously?), they don't document the file when taking these calls, and I still don't have my refrigerator fixed. The customer care center is atrocious, they have the " we apologize for any inconvenience " down pat, no wonder they must repeat it thousands of times a day.
